What can be washed?

If you would put it in your washer or dryer, it is likely that we can also handle it.

However, we cannot accept items that have been contaminated with:

  • Excessive pet hair

  • Moisture if the item is still wet or damp

  • Bedbugs or lice

  • Poison ivy or poison oak oils

  • Cooking grease or motor grease

  • Hazardous chemical residue

  • Excessively soiled items or items with caked-on mud or dirt

Or specialty care clothing items:

  • Costumes

  • Hats/Headwear

  • Shoes

  • Down comforters/jackets

What do I put my clothes in?

Find your favorite hamper, laundry bag or trash bag (yes, that’s okay as well) and we will return it along with your laundry!

Do I have to be home to use the service?

Not at all! In fact, our goal is to provide you complete freedom from laundry. That also means freedom from having to wait for a delivery driver to show up and pick up your clothes. You can leave them on your front porch, back porch or even in your garage. We can coordinate to determine what works best for you! If you are in a hotel, you can leave them at the front desk and spend your day exploring instead of waiting for a laundry service!

What is the delivery fee?

There is no fee if using glidewash drivers! If you choose the On-Demand service, the delivery fee will be calculated by DoorDash and will be related to your distance from our nearest intake facility. Based on your proximity, it could be as little as $1-2 each way!

How will I know when my laundry is done?

We will notify you via text as your laundry is received, processed and delivered back to you. You’ll be in the loop the whole time!
